This page sets out exactly what runs inside I Learn today: the AI checks every member passes, the controls around wallets and ledgers, and the live status of our licensing work in each market we serve. We publish status, not promises.
Anyone can confirm whether a counterparty is a verified corporate member. Enter the public verification code they gave you, or their company registry number. No documents or personal data are ever shown here.
Everything an investor or corporate partner needs to review our legal standing, in one index. Items marked “Published” can be read on this page or downloaded now; “On request” items are released to verified counterparties; “Not yet on file” means the document has not been issued yet — we never list a document we cannot produce.

Individual member (KYC)
Natural persons trading, transferring or investing for their own account.
Registered business (KYB)
Companies, cooperatives and licensed operators trading across borders under a legal entity.
Institutional counterparty
Funds, family offices and corporates deploying large-scale capital.

Compliance events are written to an append-only log. No one — including administrators — can edit or delete an entry once written; members can read every event recorded about them, and institutional counterparties can request their own trail for diligence.
Identity decision
Every KYC submission, automated verdict, reviewer decision and reason.
Corporate filing
Each entity submission and every status change with the registry number at the time.
Compliance review
Officer identity, timestamp, decision and note for each corporate decision.
High-value movement
Ticket tier, risk score, individual check outcomes and the resulting status.
Wallet posting
Amount, kind, reference, funding source and resulting balance for every credit and debit.
Cross-border trade security
Corporate counterparties trade under a verified registry number, not a nickname. Directors and beneficial owners are on file before an entity can settle at scale.
Local regulatory alignment
Each market has its own register entry naming the regulator and the exact regulated activity. Where a filing is not yet granted, the regulated service is not offered in that market — we publish the stage, not a claim.
Transparent fund protection
Balances and ledger entries move together in one atomic, row-locked operation, then are re-read and reconciled. Any balance can be reconstructed line by line from the ledger.
Settlement in local currency
PAPSS local-to-local routing plus the XOF and ZAR fixed-rate zones mean African businesses settle in their own currency without USD conversion exposure.
AI identity verification
Every member scans a government ID, passport, driving licence or residence permit in-app.
Authentication & access control
Accounts and data are isolated at the database level, not just in the interface.
Anti-fraud & transaction monitoring
Money movement is checked before and after it settles.
Investor-ready infrastructure
Multi-country operating model
One wallet spanning 54 African nations and European corridors, with smart routing over PAPSS, the XOF fixed-rate zone and the ZAR zone so members settle in local currency without USD conversion costs.
Verified member base
Every account is identity-checked before it can move money. Verification state, review notes and reviewer decisions are all retained and auditable.
Auditable wallet & ledger
Every credit and debit writes an immutable ledger entry with the resulting balance, funding source and reference, so any balance can be reconstructed line by line.
Live operations dashboard
Administrators see registrations, verification decisions, transfers, exchanges, marketplace activity and ledger postings in real time, with volumes and totals per period.
Trade & delivery tracking
Marketplace orders, cross-border payments and cash-pickup requests each carry a status trail and a settlement route recorded against the transaction.
Documented data-room readiness
Licensing progress, control descriptions and operating metrics are maintained in the app and in COMPLIANCE.md so diligence questions can be answered from a single source.
Nothing on this page describes a certification, audit outcome or regulatory approval that has not been granted. Statuses are updated as each filing progresses.
Compliance, licensing and diligence enquiries — including requests for our registration documents, security overview or investor data room — can be raised from the in-app Support screen once you are signed in.
