1. What this platform is

Pan African Market provides a secure, self-directed wallet and financial technology application. Registered users hold, move and manage their own funds through the software.

The platform is software. It is not a bank, not an investment manager, not a broker, not an adviser and not a personal remittance agent.

2. You execute your own transactions

Every payment, transfer, cash-out, marketplace purchase and investment action is initiated and executed by you, the registered user.

Pan African Market does not select your recipients, your destinations, your amounts, your timing or your investments, and does not act on your behalf as an intermediary trading manager.

3. Automated processing after verification

Once you have completed full identity verification (KYC) and hold sufficient funds in your wallet, outgoing transfers are processed automatically on your instruction.

There is no manual approval button, staff checkpoint or internal permission gate standing between your instruction and the payout partner.

Automated legal and technical controls still apply: identity verification status, account standing, available balance, sanctions and anti-money-laundering screening, and statutory foreign-exchange limits. Where the law requires a block, the platform will refuse the instruction and no money leaves your wallet.

4. Out of scope

Pan African Market does not manage portfolios, does not guarantee returns, does not give financial, tax or legal advice, and does not manually facilitate personal remittances between individuals.

Third-party payout partners, banks, mobile money operators, exchanges and marketplaces operate under their own terms. Delivery times and outcomes on their side are outside the platform's control.

5. Limitation of liability

You use this platform entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pan African Market, its owners, officers and staff accept no responsibility and no liability for any loss arising from your financial decisions, your chosen transfer destinations, your recipients, your investment choices, market movements, or the acts and omissions of third parties.

Nothing on the platform is a recommendation, a solicitation or an assurance of any financial outcome. Values can fall as well as rise and funds sent to the wrong recipient may be unrecoverable.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud.

6. Your responsibilities

Keep your credentials, PIN and device secure. Check recipient details before you confirm — instructions are processed automatically and are generally irreversible once the payout partner accepts them.

Only use the platform for lawful purposes and with funds you are legally entitled to move. Provide accurate verification documents and keep them current.

7. Acceptance

By completing onboarding and using your wallet you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms, including the limitation of liability above.
